How long does it take to process my order? - The processing of your order does not take long. As soon as the order is approved, we start processing and then packing your order. Normally an order ships within 2-3 business days. (Processing times for business cards are however longer because of the complex printing process and the required exchange of information, please see business card FAQ for details).

What if I change my mind and want to change my order once my order is placed? - Once an order is placed and paid for at our web shop, you can not make any changes. Therefore it is very important that you check so that you order is correct before you proceed to paying for your order. Look here view our return policy.

Can I view my previous transactions at your web shop? - Yes, by registering with us through our web shop, you can check your order status online and view your previous order history. You can also change your password or make changes in your address book.
